March Update

Spring is here, and that means some days we get to enjoy beautiful weather outside, and other days we hunker down inside to avoid the wind. Either way, we’re having fun with close to 100 different kids each and every week at our 6 apartment communities.

We play some weird games sometimes. Glob tag went surprisingly well at Cathy’s Pointe, considering half our kids there are still learning how to speak and understand English!

March means it’s time to make some Spring-inspired crafts. The girls at Cypress Creek loved making these flowers.

The crew at Spring Terrace has 2 game requests every week: Jump the River and Four-Square. All Four-Sqare takes is a bouncy ball and some chalk to draw the squares. Simple and fun!

Speaking of Jump the River, the kids at Plum Creek had been begging Miss Lia to please bring her jump ropes to Bible Study. She finally obliged over Spring Break. And they were super grateful!

The Glenwood kids might be our wildest crew. Hal and Lia are especially thankful for warm days that allow them to head outside and run off some energy.

Paige brought some very special guests to the North Grand Villas the first week of March. Her friends from England came to speak to the kids about the missions work they do. The kids LOVED their accents!
