March Update

We navigated a month of crazy weather – along with Spring Break – to have a great month of March! We started work on our 9th property, Amarillo Garden Community, and it’s been a huge success. We have around 20 kids coming out each Wednesday, and they are a whole lot of fun. The Children’s ministry at Hillside Church adopted Mission 2540 as one of their mission projects for their “Greatest Weekend Ever” event in early March. They put together some really awesome Spring Break Activity bags, which we handed out to about 150 of our kids the week before Spring Break. Our kids were pumped to have some fun things to do and some yummy snacks to eat.

As we continue to explode in growth, we are so thankful for the partnerships we have with so many churches like Hillside. If you or your church is interested in volunteering or helping us out with things like snacks, please let us know and we’ll plug you in.
