May Update

Summer is here, so that means it’s time to look back at the last month of the school year. It was hot and windy almost all month long, but we had fun anyway – even on the properties where we to meet outside! Of course, the kids are sure ready for water balloons to cool them off! We play Sharks and Minnnows every single Monday at Cathy’s Pointe. The kids don’t want to play anything else!
Have you ever tried to put together a Mr. Potato Head blindfolded? The Cypress Creek kids will tell you that it’s harder that you’d think.
Our Spring Terrace Crew will tell you their favorite game is definitely Jump The River.
The kids at Plum Creek won’t leave early. Otherwise they miss out on some great snacks!
KAMR Local News 4 is working on a story on Mission 2540. The Amarillo Garden kids got to be on TV and they’re excited about being famous.
Lia needs all the help she can get at Glenwood Apartments!
We’re stuck outside most days at High Plains Ranch. Thankfully we have a nice shady porch to hang out on.
Lia always has a captive audience at the North Grand Villas.
Working on Mother’s Day cards at Ridgecrest. It was definitely our most important craft all month.
